Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Completed Courses: Refunds are not available for courses that have been accessed beyond 3 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course content has been completed.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after the 3-day satisfaction guarantee period or after accessing more than 25% of the course.

How to Request: To request a refund, please contact our support team at COURSE.CLICKCODE within the 3-day satisfaction guarantee period. Include your order number and a brief explanation for your refund request.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
1.4 Course Access Post-Refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the course will be revoked immediately. You will no longer have access to any course materials, including downloadable resources or certificates of completion.
1.5 Refund Amount
Refund Scope: Refunds are only applicable to the course amount. GST and any other charges (such as transaction fees) are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
2. Cancellation Policy

Course Modifications or Cancellations: COURSE.CLICKCODE reserves the right to modify or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible. If a course is canceled and a suitable alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.
2.2 User Cancellation
Cancellation of Enrollment: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify our support team at COURSE.CLICKCODE. Cancellations requested before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund if within the 3-day satisfaction guarantee period.
Post-Start Date Cancellations: Cancellations requested after the course has started are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy and may not be eligible for a refund.
